Mini-Office
This service is designed to cater for 1-4 moderate users or 1 user needing access to large amounts of data for a significant part of the working day. This product has a speed of 512kbits per second but has extra reliability than the similar Home-Office product by featuring the contention ratio of 20:1.
Midi-Office
Choose this service if you have 5-10 moderate users or 2 users needing access to large amounts of data for a significant part of the day.This service features a maximum download speed of 1mbits per second which is enough to support this capacity of users. The contention ratio of 20:1 means that the service is unlikely to suffer from much loss in bandwidth through the course of the day.
Maxi-Office
If you have 10 - 20 moderate users or 4 users needing continuous access to large amounts of data then Maxi-Office is ideal for your business. It features download speeds of up to 2mbits per second. The contention ratio of 20:1 means that the service is unlikely to suffer from much loss in bandwidth through the course of the day.
Business Sense
Business Sense is our "Peace of Mind" bolt-on package that includes the following features:
- On-Site professional installation by one of our
engineers. If required, they are able to move telephone lines, to make sure
everything is set-up and running to your satisfaction
- The ADSL equipment needed to access the service. You
have a choice between and ADSL Modem, or an ADSL Router, dependent on your
requirements
- Maintenance of your equipment is covered. Should you find a problem with your ADSL equipment and we are unable to rectify it quickly, we will replace the modem or router free and as quickly as possible to ensure your service is only interupted for a short amount of time.
